Answers, and a way to reach a human.

Three things that fix most problems

Sign in. A great deal of "my progress vanished" turns out to be a device that was never signed in. Progress made while signed out lives on that device alone.

Reload the page. Games hold a session open while you play; a connection that drops mid-game usually just needs the page again. Nothing is lost — an unfinished session resumes where you left it.

Check the language. If a page looks half-translated, it may genuinely be. We say so: text that has not been translated yet is served in English and marked with the language it came in.

When a score is refused

We replay every finished game on our servers and compare the result. A mismatch refuses the session. In practice this is almost always a connection dropping part-way through rather than anything you did. Play it again; if it happens twice in a row, that is worth telling us about.

Writing to us

Use the contact page. Write in any of our eight languages and we will answer in the one you used.

What makes an answer fast: which game, what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. If you can, the approximate time — our logs are searchable by moment, and "Tuesday evening" narrows things more than you would think. A screenshot is worth a paragraph.

Account and payment questions

Handled by a person, not a form letter. Deleting your account, exporting your data and changing your email are all in your account settings and need no one's permission.

Frequently asked questions

What is ELK GameVerse?
A home for several games rather than a single one. One account, one wallet and one set of achievements follow you across every game we publish — so time spent in one is never lost when you open another.
Is it free to play?
Yes. Every game is free to play from the first level to the last. Nothing is locked behind a payment, and no purchase makes a puzzle solvable that was not solvable before.
Do I need an account to play?
No, you can start straight away. An account is what lets progress, currency and achievements survive a lost phone or follow you to another device — so it is worth creating before you have much to lose.
Which games can I play right now?
Four: a match-three empire builder set across Africa, a turn-based Zulu campaign, a fresco workshop in Renaissance Rome, and a highland supply puzzle in the Inca Andes. Each has its own rules; all share one account.
How do coins and rewards work?
You earn them by finishing a session, keeping a daily streak, or completing an achievement. Every award is calculated on our servers from the game you actually played — which is why a reward can be trusted, and why it cannot be edited from a phone.
