What helps
The account email address you use here, which game or page you were on, and roughly when. If something went wrong, what you expected and what happened instead — those two sentences are usually the whole diagnosis.
What to expect
A person, not a form letter. We would rather answer properly in two days than acknowledge instantly and solve nothing.
For a data request, we may ask you to confirm the request from the email address on the account. That is not bureaucracy: an account handed over to whoever asks first is not a private account.
What we will never ask you for
Your password. Nobody here needs it, and anybody who asks for it is not us.
