Delete your account
You can close your ELK GameVerse account yourself, from the app or from this website. You do not need to ask us, and you do not need to install anything.
How to do it
- Sign in with the account you want to close.
- Open your account page and scroll to “Your data”.
- Choose “Delete my account” and confirm with your password.
In the Android and iOS applications the same control is on the Account tab, under “Your data”.

Your profile and handle, your progress, your wallet balances, your friends, your devices, your sessions and your notifications. This happens immediately and cannot be undone.
What is kept, and why
Purchase records, for as long as tax law requires. Wallet ledger entries, because an accounting record that loses a line stops balancing. Public forum messages, which stay in their conversations under a blank name so that other people’s replies still make sense. A ban, if one is on the account. None of these carries your name, your address or your device once the account is closed.
If you cannot sign in
Reset your password first. If that does not work either, write to us and we will close the account for you once we can confirm it is yours.
